About Brigitte Poitras, decorator-stylist and Accent Meubles network's spokesperson
Brigitte Poitras studied arts in cegep, and then marketing at the University of Ottawa. In 2003, with a decade of experience in the field as a decorator-stylist, she became interested in the American real-estate phenomenon of home staging. Seduced by this ingenious concept, she imported it to Quebec—and the initiative was incredibly successful.
Now a well-known public figure, thanks to the TV show Bye-bye Maison ! that she has been co-hosting since 2006, she’s also at the head of a flourishing home-staging company. Passionate about decoration, surrounded by a talented, dynamic team, Brigitte offers a range of services aimed at improving living spaces.
In the spring of 2010, Brigitte teamed up with the Accent network. She’ll be featured in their new national advertising campaign—on television, online, in flyers, but also in point-of-sale material, through the offer of decorating-tip cards in store. From time to time, she’ll also participate in some events organized by some retailers throughout the province.
